1. the basic structure of the test bench
the test bench uses motors, dynamic torque sensors, rolling bearing life test systems, and hydraulic loading devices as experimental loads to form a complete fault simulation system. the experimental load can be changed by adjusting the pressure of the loading oil station. supporting data acquisition system and related software, acceleration sensor, etc. can realize the vibration, noise and torque signal measurement of normal and faulty bearings.
2. experimental research content
rolling bearing fault research: rolling bearing life prediction experiment, different fault forms of tested bearings, such as pitting, cracks, wear, cage fracture, etc.;
simulation of different working conditions: bearing characteristics under the state of motor speed up and down, bearing characteristics under different load conditions, etc.
